rescue muscle gel is based in natural aloe vera gel which is easily absorbed and leaves no residue; gently cooling - rescue muscle gel provides instant relief.
Directions: Massage or smooth on the skin. May be used in conjunction with hot or cold packs and under strapping and taping. Re-apply as required.
Tip: Apply and allow to absorb prior to undertaking physiotherapy foam roller exercises and stretches.
